Fintry sits halfway up Westside Road, wrapped around the delta where Shorts Creek meets Okanagan Lake — a small lakeside community anchored by Fintry Provincial Park, its waterfalls, and a genuinely quiet stretch of shoreline.
This is cabin-and-acreage country: recreational properties, full-time rural homes, and lake access without lake-city pricing. The trade is distance — you're 40–50 minutes from Kelowna's centre — and for Fintry buyers, that's the point.

Expect a mix of lakeside cottages, rural homes, and acreage parcels, typically roughly $500K to $1M-plus, with true waterfront above that. Water systems, fire protection, and road access vary property to property out here — the due-diligence list is longer than in town. (That list is my job.)
