The feel
Dilworth Mountain is Kelowna's centre-of-the-map neighbourhood: a quiet bench of view homes rising directly between downtown, Glenmore, and the highway corridor. Its whole pitch is position — valley and lake views from a location that puts the entire city within a fifteen-minute drive.
The streets are calm, largely cul-de-sac'd, and remarkably free of through-traffic for somewhere so central. It attracts established buyers who want a view without moving to the far benches.
